Memorial Platform provides tools for creating, managing, and sharing online memorial pages for deceased persons and pets. The service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, text, tributes). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you upload, including photos and written works, and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

Memorial Platform is a place of dignity and remembrance. We ask all users — account holders and tribute visitors alike — to engage with empathy and respect. Content that demeans, mocks, or disrespects the deceased or their family will be removed.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Memorial Platform name, logo, and all service-related software and designs are the intellectual property of Memorial Platform. You may not use, copy, or reproduce them without our prior written permission.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memorial Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
You may close your account at any time by contacting us. We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain memorial content for a reasonable period to allow family members to request preservation or export.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Memorial Platform operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
