4. Memorial Content & Public Pages

Memorial pages you mark as Published are publicly accessible by anyone with the link. Content on published pages — including the deceased person's name, dates, photos, and tributes — is visible to the public. You can return a memorial to Draft status at any time from your edit page, which will remove it from public access.

We retain your account and memorial data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Memorial pages may be preserved at the request of family members even after account closure; please contact us to discuss your wishes.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords (bcrypt), and JWT-based authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
